Upon permanent account closure, any remaining balance that is not subject to investigation or forfeiture will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Arena Kings provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. While we take all reasonable steps to maintain platform stability and security, we cannot be held liable for losses arising from technical outages, connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Arena Kings is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of a player's decision to place a bet or wager, and all gaming activity is undertaken at the player's own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in the Philippines, Arena Kings' total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.
